I am a sailor, and I was waiting until this app come online like forever.. Coz the mobile site doesn't work properly when I do transfers.. Since I’m overseas like almost all the time,and all my accounts are with u guys, this is very important to me, but first of all, you didn’t send me a password to my mobile phone, then I tried so called OTP(one time password). I receive the password without any issue to my roaming number, but then once I entered it and click the submit, it just stuck in a page titled “OTP verification” with just a back button on it.. I click the back button it goes back to user id page.. and since yesterday i tried this like 10,20 times.. I receive passwords but the same loop continues.. please fix this, it is really annoying..

There is no option to add “Other Bank Account” under Other bank accounts & cards. The only option available is “Other Bank Credit Card”. According to other recent reviews I can see that this issue is been reported by users since a couple of months ago. When is BOC going to fix this? Its is a shame that one of the country's top level bank is still unable to fix a simple issue.
This app is not working at any day properly. Any time I want to make a payment or transaction the app is not working properly. Either cannot login or takes loooooong time with circling. Different error messages are poping up and after a very long time it is connecting. So actually there are no errors. Error messages are just for the sake to keep the customers retained and no meaning at all. Such a time waste. I am very happy with the earlier BOC online transactions which was before introducing this app. An app is supposed to more user friendly and more efficient than that and unfortunately this app is not for it. Please consider. I am writing this after so many patient attempts. 😓
